To help you through the current changes and adjustments, I’m sharing this video of a simple deep breathing exercise that is clinically proven to reduce anxiety and release tension. Do this for a few breaths at a time, several times a day. It can be done anytime, anywhere, and I’d encourage you to practice it regularly to let go of stress and negativity, and re-centre yourself, find your inner calm.
