Looking After The Leaders Logo

Leaders have a huge impact and influence on wellbeing and performance in the workplace. During the constant change and challenges as we emerge from a global pandemic, leaders have had a greater responsibility than ever to look after the wellbeing of employees, many working remotely for the first time. But leaders too are beginning to burnout. We know that leadership is the key to resilience and sustainable growth in business; that is why I developed ‘Looking After the Leaders’

Lots to take away today.  The focus on self-awareness, coupled with practical tips that can be integrated on a daily basis, means I came away feeling that the session was a really good use of time (which when people feel so pressed for time is no mean feat!).

Most importantly, your delivery was down-to-earth, empathetic, and non-judgemental. For me, that created a relaxed and safe environment, which facilitates taking things on board and engaging with the material.

Thanks for a great session.

Niamh was honestly the most interesting, clear and informative trainer / speaker we have ever had in here. It was really really interesting and so relevant. I can honestly say it was the best investment we have made to date. Our Senior managers were so impressed and everyone who attended have nothing but great praise. The content was fantastic and to be honest we have set the benchmark for future trainings. Our Senior Manager has even mentioned that all our training will be coming from you in future due to the standard Niamh provided so it’s great.
