Core Connected Leader Program

Helping Women Excel in Leadership through Empowering their Growth, Wellbeing and Meaningful Success in a Circle of Trust

– 2023 –

“Study after study shows women who support women are more successful in business

– Shelley Zalis – Forbes Women

Women work better in safe, supportive environments than in the adversarial, autocratic or hyper-competitive environments we have inherited.

Do you sometimes feel like you’re living on a treadmill, exhausted trying to keep everything going?

Are you ready to do transformative work and build relationships with like-minded female leaders?

Do you feel a longing for connection, accountability and focus on your growth and success in a way that is meaningful for you?

I believe women are at their best when they are supported fully in terms of their ideas, growth, connection, well-being and self-care.

Just imagine the impact you could have if you were elevated by a group of dynamic, empathetic and ambitious women.

This is the goal of The Core Connection Circle

Why Is This Needed?

“Study after study shows women who support women are more successful in business.

New research in the Harvard Business Review finds that while both men and women benefit from having a network of well-connected peers across different groups, women who also have an inner circle of close female contacts are more likely to land executive positions with greater authority and higher pay, while there was no link found for the success of men in terms of the gender composition of their inner circles.

The reason? Women trying to rise up into leadership face cultural and systemic hurdles that make it harder for them to advance, such as unconscious bias. The study suggests that a way to overcome some of these hurdles is to form close connections with other women, who can share experiences from women who have been there, done that—from how to ask for what you’re worth to bringing your unique talents to leadership.”

How The Core Connection Circle Works

Participants will have a 1 to 1 coaching session with Niamh every second month, to ascertain where they are at and what they want to focus on. Niamh will facilitate each participant to get clear on their goals  (life and work goals) and their action steps.

The themes arising and the goals chosen by members, will inform the content to be covered in our 1 Day Group Coaching Sessions (in-person). These will be full days spent together in person (5 spread out over the year), where we will cover content relevant to making progress on participants’ goals; as well as doing a deep-dive into where each person is on their leadership journey.

In between these key meetings we will meet online for 90-minute group calls, to maintain group cohesion and keep accountability for progress on goal achievement. These group coaching calls will happen every month that we are not meeting in person (so that the group meet every month either online or in person).
