In these videos, I run through 2 very simple practices that really take no time at all out of your day. You can do either one or both, anytime, anywhere – and I recommend that you get into the habit of doing just that, several times a day. Stop, pause, breathe, become present in your senses. You will feel the benefits immediately – you’ll feel more relaxed, a sense of inner calm, more connected, more present.
