EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING TALKS

Stress is linked to many physical and psychological health problems and has a negative impact on a person’s ability to function both at home and at work. Overall mood and quality of life is affected. For employees it can lead to difficulties in the workplace with sick leave, decreased motivation and a drop in performance. For the employer, workplace stress can lead to a myriad of human resource and cost implications.

Research now indicates a positive outcome in the management of stress and anxiety with appropriate help and support. Mindworks provides this help and support by providing a selection of employee well-being talks; creating workshops in collaboration with the employer to meet identified needs; and providing a 1to1 personal coaching and therapy service.
